Frequently asked questions

1 € per voucher sold, plus a payment fee of 1,9 % plus 0,25 € per payment, all excluding VAT. No sales, no costs. There's no base fee.

No. As a German company, we invoice you monthly for the fees, Stripe included, with VAT. Stripe doesn't send you an invoice of its own, so there's no reverse charge under Section 13b of the German VAT Act (UStG). This also applies to small businesses without a VAT ID.

Payments are processed by our payment provider Stripe. Your earnings are collected and transferred to your bank account weekly, with the fee already deducted. In the sales overview, you can see when each order was paid out.

The shop is built for online purchases, there's no till for cash sales. If a customer buys on site, open your shop on a tablet or phone, they order there and pay by card. The PDF arrives instantly by email and can also be printed.

Yes. When redeeming, you enter the amount to be deducted. The rest stays on the voucher as a balance until it's used up. Every redemption is saved individually.

No. The Voucher Shop is free even without Online Booking. You only pay the fee per sale, and the same rate applies with Online Booking.
